1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website, application, or authorized agents.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods indicated during checkout.
- Once payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Tours: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
- Transfers: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the transfer time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
3. Changes to Bookings
- If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., change of date or time), please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries or services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, road closures) with the intent of providing a similar alternative where possible.
4. Arrival Times for Transfers
- For airport transfers, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate flight information. We recommend booking transfers at least 2 hours before your departure flight.
- If you fail to arrive at the designated pickup point, our drivers will wait a maximum of 2 hours, after which the service will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
5. Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they carry all necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, visas) and abide by local laws and customs.
- We are not liable for delays or missed tours/transfers due to passenger negligence or delays.
6. Tour Conduct and Behavior
- We reserve the right to refuse or remove passengers whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe to other guests or staff. In such cases, no refund will be given.
7. Liability and Insurance
- We strive to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, but we are not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal items during tours or transfers.
- It is recommended that customers have their own travel insurance for added protection.
8. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics).
9. Privacy Policy
- We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during booking (e.g., name, email, payment details) will be used only for processing your booking and improving our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
- If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue. Any formal complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the service.
- Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under Moroccan law, and courts in Morocco will have exclusive jurisdiction.
